At Mina Miko, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This shipping policy describes our procedures, delivery times, and costs for all orders within the United States. We sell exclusively to consumers in the United States; accordingly, all transactions are governed by American consumer law.
1. Free Shipping Within the United States
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum order value required No hidden handling or shipping fees The price displayed at checkout is the final price
2. Shipping Areas
We deliver exclusively to residential and business addresses within the United States.
We currently do not deliver to:
International addresses outside the United States PO boxes, parcel lockers, or similar delivery options Package forwarding services or third-party logistics centers
3. Processing & Dispatch Preparation
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT-7 / Washington) Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information
4. Estimated Delivery Times
We work with reliable international and local shipping partners. As our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, the following delivery times apply:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
A tracking number A link to track your shipment
Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As your order may be shipped from international fulfillment centers, it may pass through customs.
No additional costs for you: Mina Miko covers all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees No additional charges upon delivery
Note: It is possible that an international country of origin may appear on the shipping label. This is part of our direct shipping model.
7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
Orders not received: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at: support@minamiko.com We will check the status of your delivery and get back to you within 24 hours.
Damaged delivery: If an item arrives damaged, please send us immediately:

We will arrange a free replacement. In most cases, no return shipment is required.
Incorrect delivery address: Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
