All payments are processed via Shopify Payments or the payment provider selected at checkout. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your payment information during transmission. Full credit card details are not stored on our servers.

4. Order Confirmation & Authorization
Your order will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization. Upon authorization, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. Mina Miko reserves the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Buy Now, Pay Later (Shop Pay Installments)
Shop Pay Installments are offered through Shopify's partnership with Affirm. This service is subject to eligibility criteria and the terms of the installment provider. Mina Miko is not a lender and accepts no responsibility for decisions made by the provider. We recommend reviewing the terms of any installment agreement before purchasing.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are generally within 7 business days.
If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at support@minamiko.com and also notify your bank or payment provider.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check that your payment details have been entered correctly and that your card or account has sufficient funds. For further assistance, please contact your bank or payment provider directly. Mina Miko is not liable for any fees or consequences resulting from a declined payment.
8. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to fraud screening. We reserve the right to request additional verification or cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
