This policy describes our procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with American consumer law. We sell exclusively to consumers in the United States.
1. Return Window
You have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.
For items with defects, your statutory rights under American consumer law apply beyond this period as well.

3. Return Conditions
For a change-of-mind return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be present and undamaged. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
The following items are excluded from returns:
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. Perishable goods, underwear, or hygiene items (e.g. earrings, swimwear), where applicable. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Mina Miko will arrange a replacement or a full refund – at no additional cost to you. In most cases, no return shipment is required.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns (Process)
To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us first: Do not send items back without prior authorization. Contact us by email at support@minamiko.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive return instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with the appropriate return instructions and the correct return address.
- Ship the item: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

All approved returns for Mina Miko must be sent to our US returns facility:

Important note: Our administrative office is located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. Please do not send returns to the Netherlands address. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected (generally within 3 business days of receipt), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method used.
No restocking fees: No additional charges apply. You will receive the full purchase price of the product. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and the same conditions as returns described above.
How it works:
- Contact us first at support@minamiko.com with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.
- Our customer service team replies within 1 business day with confirmation and the correct return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your original item (generally within 3 business days of receipt), we ship your replacement right away.
Shipping costs:
For a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Mina Miko covers all shipping costs in both directions. For a change-of-mind exchange (for example a different size or color), the customer covers the cost of returning the original item and Mina Miko ships the replacement at no additional charge.
Availability:
Exchanges depend on current stock. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer you the choice between a suitable alternative or a full refund. We can process one exchange per original item; any further change is handled as a standard return.
8. American Consumer Law
Your statutory rights under applicable US consumer law apply in full.
You are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund, as well as any applicable damages, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
This Return & Refund Policy does not limit your statutory rights in any way.
