Orders & Shipping
How long does processing and delivery take?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Standard shipping then takes 6–12 business days, for a total delivery window of 7–15 business days from when you place your order.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT −7) are handled the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with regional and seasonal conditions.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees and no minimum purchase required.

Where do you ship to?

We ship exclusively within the United States, to both residential and business addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver internationally, or to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or package-forwarding services.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@minamiko.com and we'll look into it right away. If an item arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement — usually without requiring a return.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?

You can return eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Defective items are covered for longer under your statutory rights as a US consumer.

What condition do items need to be in?

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. The following cannot be returned:

• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Perishable goods and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings, swimwear, underwear)
• Used, altered, or customer-damaged items

How do I start a return?

Email support@minamiko.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We charge no restocking fees.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You'll receive the full purchase price of the product.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (with installment options). All prices are shown in US Dollars and include applicable taxes.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption, and full credit card details are never stored on our servers. Your order is confirmed by email only after payment has been successfully authorized.

Will I be charged extra currency fees?

When paying via foreign banks or payment providers, additional currency conversion fees may apply. These are charged by your provider, and Mina Miko accepts no responsibility for such fees.

Privacy & Data
What personal data do you collect?

We collect contact and identity data (name, email, phone number), your order and transaction details, and technical usage data such as IP address and browser information. This is used to process and deliver your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve your experience.

Who do you share my data with?

We share data only with trusted service providers needed to run the store — including Shopify (hosting), Google (analytics & ads), PayPal/Stripe (payments), and shipping carriers for delivery. Order data is generally retained for up to 10 years to meet legal requirements.

How do I access or delete my data?

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time by contacting support@minamiko.com or +31 6 4868 8283. We process requests within 30 days.
