As our Customer Support Specialist you are often the first point of contact our customers have with Mina Miko. You handle questions about orders, products, shipping and returns with warmth and clarity — and you turn everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us and come back.
- Answer customer emails and messages clearly and on time
- Resolve order, shipping and return questions end to end
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to the team
- Keep response templates accurate, helpful and on-brand
- Maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction
- Excellent written English — clear, warm and professional
- Calm and patient, even when things get busy
- Detail-oriented with good judgment
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- E-commerce or support experience is a plus
As our Social Media and Content Creator you own how Mina Miko shows up online. You plan, create and publish content that reflects our aesthetic, builds our community, and turns followers into customers. This is a creative role with real ownership and a direct line to the brand's growth.
- Plan and create content across Instagram, TikTok and other key channels
- Grow and engage our audience consistently
- Develop a content strategy aligned with new arrivals and promotions
- Track performance and use insights to improve future content
- Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice
- A strong eye for fashion aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Experience creating content that performs on social
- Self-directed and comfortable working without constant oversight
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Passion for fashion and women's and men's style
As our E-commerce Operations Assistant you support the day-to-day running of the store. You help keep product listings accurate, coordinate with suppliers, monitor orders and help us deliver a smooth experience at every step. This is a detail-focused, behind-the-scenes role that has a direct impact on the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions and inventory
- Monitor orders and flag any issues that need attention
- Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners
- Support returns processing and customer resolution workflows
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Organised and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- A problem-solver who takes initiative
- Reliable and consistent in a remote working environment
- Prior e-commerce or logistics experience is a plus
